Planning, scheduling, and strategizing about Projects goals.
Collaborating with the senior management to develop long-range strategic goals for the projects.
Coordinating with team members and stakeholders to make sure that all parties are on track with the project scope, budget and schedule baseline.
Preparing reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and updating senior management on project progress.

Develop and execute projects for successful completion, with a project's budget around 100 million S.R .
Lead in the development of strategies, policies, and processes that will help to achieve the project’s mission and core objectives.
Monitor Project processes and perform regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Do feasibility assessments and perform cost calculations and prepare financial projections.
Improve operational efficiency and monitor the standards and processes which led to accomplish the ISO 9001-2015 Certification for the Company.
Work to adopt and develop e-marketing channels.
Meet with Quality team members to identify and resolve issues.
Increase customer satisfaction by analysing the customer concerns and needs to improve services.
Instruct and train company employees to develop their skills.
Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the assigned projects with a budget of 60 million S.R.
Assign responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitor the project team.
Interact with stakeholders, interpret their needs and
represent them in the field.
