 Identified training need, designed training program, and executed training for developing behavioral skills by collaborating with HR, external vendors, senior leadership, and operation.
 Created Technical training calendar to address need to develop specific technical skills that will help improve productivity, quality, and/or timeliness of completing operations tasks.
 Managed Vendor relations (including financial terms) to outsource development and delivery of technical/behavioral training for which we do not have capability within the organization.
 Developed and implemented a comprehensive a training evaluation model including surveys, assessments, feedback from floor, and productivity-based reports to determine the training effectiveness.
