Responsible for delivering complete ERP implementation with project activity & post implementation.
Prepare and send project activity status reports for the all stakeholders.
Prepare & perform requirement/gap analysis on the client business processes solutions.
Provide effective training's to the all stakeholders with ensuring perfect knowledge transfers.
Support & coordinate with development team for customization, quality assurance & testing.
Lead the projects & team members to achieve the project milestones on agreed timeline.
Provide functional expertise to ERP financials and operational modules.
Prepare project related documentation with Budget/Monitoring & Reporting of the actual.
Periodical visits to client base locally & internationally whenever required by the Project & Management Team.
Ability to handle Multiple Projects & Other duties assign.
Prepare and send periodical and updated reports to the Project/Software Manager.
Conducting Scoping Study and preparing Software Requirements Specification document.
Conduct complete requirement gathering study of the existing system to identify the gap and document.
Assist in mapping of Business Resource Specification into system.
Assist the Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans for implementing Software.
Assist in the System implementation / Pilot running / Rollout Plan, updating and testing of System and Documentation.
Interacting with the clients for various requirements during the implementation process.
Overseeing Project Implementation at the Client side.
Coordinate with the development team for satisfying the multiple client requirements.
Managing all the deliveries and meeting all the deadlines with log references.
Provide user training and work simultaneously with our customers in achieving mutual business goals.
Assist and upkeep of project plans, status reports, checklists, as well as technical and user Progress.
Assist in Creating the Project Budget/Monitoring & Reporting of the actual.
Ability to handle Multiple Projects & Other duties assign.
Reports to Project/Software Manager
Ensure the system tests are carried out properly.
Provide system training to ensure the high quality of implementation.
Responsible for customer service in the division, duties included answering customer queries, problem solving and providing detailed information on existing and new products.
Ensure systems are up & running for clients to carry out their daily operations.
Provide support for Database Design, Quality Assurance, Master Data Validation and Helpdesk Support.
Installing & Configuring developed system at the client base.
Analyzing the customer’s queries with spot trends and underlying the issues with solution.
Travel & Communicate all over the client base.
Develop and maintain system matter expertise for the team/department.
Ability to Implement Multiple Projects.
Ability to handle Multiple Projects & Other duties assign.
