, tracking and monitoring about 350 Fresh fruits company vehicles including delivery trucks, containers, staff buses, staff cars etc
•Prepare and analyse daily, weekly and monthly reports of different importance and advise the managing director on best practice to efficiently and effectively utilize all vehicles in the fleet.
•Prepare delivery truck route schedule on periodic basis.
•Track delivery timing and resolve issues of delay and vehicle Misuse with relevant Units.
•Monitor alert for vehicle registrations, municipality permits, Insurance and coordinate for renewal.
•Coordinate and guide transport manager and HR director on drivers’ performance on periodic basis.
•Coordinate with GPRS service provider when needed to ensure Locating devices installed in our vehicles are working properly and also arrange schedule for new Installations.
•Analyse fuel consumption of all vehicles on periodic basis and coordinate with account department accordingly.
•Cross check and validate drivers’ trip allowances on monthly basis together with Payroll officers.

•Receives and inspects all incoming goods against the Material Receive Form (MRF) and report to the logistics receiving sections for any deviations or damages found.
•Inspect goods storage and maintain the quality of the products as per the company’s food safety management system.
•Conducting weekly personal hygiene checks of staff and taking necessary actions accordingly.
•Comply with the company’s HACCP and ISO standards.
•Providing on job training to new member of staff.
•Control inventory as per company policies and adjust the normal multi-pack stock levels as at when required as per market or sales division requirement.
•Control dead stock, expiry, near expiry stock by continuous monitoring of the inventory & inform division on the use of such materials, if necessary suggest to management of adjustment /disposal of such items.
•Monitor FIFO method strictly & shuffling all stocks continuously as per available space.
