K&A is proud to be one of the oldest company in this region for their experience in Architecture, Planning & Infrastructure Development. It is a Consolidated Engineering Company with their staff and offices located all over Gulf and other Countries. Soltan is holding the position of Lead Proposal Specialist who help the company to acquire new projects by submitting Technical & Financial proposals for public and private sector. Soltan is responsible for preparing proposals (Technical & Financial), establishing company's guidelines, vision, and financial outline for completed proposals. Work to edit and design the finalized proposal document, also work to communicate the proposal in various ways, including graphic layouts and PowerPoint presentations. Work with the proposal team to ensure that deadlines are met.
Maintain proposal milestones schedule like issue and review dates, kickoff meetings and due dates. Develop proposals, SOQs, EOI’s SOI’s and presentations to deliver materials meeting RFP requirements, quality standards and overall strategy
Soltan plays a vital role in engaging with prospects, customers and partners, preparing proposal documents that accurately describe the value-anchored in a compelling manner. He is part of a team who prepares responses to prospect Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI), solicitation of Interest (SOI), Expression of Interest (EOI), Intention to Bid (ITB) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s).
My most experience is preparing Technical & Financial proposals for the GOVERNMENT Sector by applying the terms and conditions for each RFP received from the government in Saudi Arabia through Etimad Portal. In addition to applying for other countries (UK, Africa, Gulf and Middle Eastern countries) terms and conditions RFP that are funded through Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund.
1. Recruit and coordinate interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring, follow up on hiring decisions, Distribute, complete, and process paperwork for new hires"
2. Work with employees to answer benefits questions and assist in processing life events and open enrollment elections
3. Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement.
4. Assist in the development of policies and procedures, Coordinate exit process for departing employees, Coach management and teams to promote and facilitate career growth and development
5. Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
6. Managing health and life insurance programs. Designing and implementing effective training and development plans. Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
7. Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
8. Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
9. Tracking department budgets. Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests. Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records, and submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
In addition to:
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
