➢ Provide expert technical architectural support and guidance for opportunities across the entire Weco solution portfolio.
➢ Provide technical services for support on all network projects and service integration for clients.
➢ Supervise and ensure all services, network paths and nodes are up and operational.
➢ Design secure and scalable networks.
➢ Manage network layer routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP in a large-complex environment with multiple WAN connections for clients.
➢ Manage networking equipment and maintain activity logs Syslog tools or similar tool.
➢ Work with OS and application teams to ensure client service success.
➢ Implement complex hardware deployments, software upgrades, and significant projects.
➢ Document all network set-ups.
➢ Follow both customer and company standard ITIL processes e.g. Change Management.
