Responsible for all Human Resource activities to include employment, Personnel, compensation, performance management, benefits, and training and development.
Interview job applicants, review and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
Prepare and maintain company salary process and administer attendance management.
Design and conduct new employee orientations.
Work with other department of Performance Management.
Administer and explain benefits to employees and assess the employee relations.
Work with union representative to resolve labour relation issues.
Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Accounting
