Learning Management System Management
• Maintain user database of the LMS system maintaining user credentials.
• LMS support to all and communication with net dimension (vendor) for Technical related
issue.
• Successful implementation of LMS like (system upgrades, incident handling, debug fixing,
loading users licenses).
• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis,
appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources
departments.
• Collating and Administering Training Requirements: Liaison with relevant departments
with regard to their training requirements, including helping to collate and document needs
for specific areas of responsibility.
• Providing information on existing appropriate training solutions. This activity requires
