Reporting to the Creative Director & CEO, with the main focus of managing both client and company social media platforms including content writing.

Key Responsibilities:
•Client coordination in order to ensure media is current.
•Attending client meetings in order to accurately manage both client expectations and implement client marketing strategies as appropriate.
•Conducting research for accurate content writing.
•Liaise with the marketing team, collaborating on campaigns and contributing ideas based on the research.
•Devising full strategies (content & creative), monitoring and reporting for Social Media.
•Managing campaigns, content creation, emailers, newsletters and blogging for all clients.
•Create advertising content and material.

•Create scripts for corporate and testimonial videos and radio spots.
•Coordination for marketing collaterals with service providers.
Achievements:
•Successfully project managed a video campaign for a well-known jewellery manufacturer and retailer in the UAE, aimed at women with the focus of promoting their everyday wear products. Personally created the campaign name as well as fully researched and wrote the script and fully managed all social media platforms. Working closely with the videographer, the campaign launched in Oct 2017 and was the first of its kind for Leftside.

•Created marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
Achievements:
•Successfully developed and implemented the retail company ‘Oxemberg’ complete social media profile. This included a B2C social media campaign, increasing customer engagement and leading to 10% of all sales within the 1st 12 months coming through the e-commerce platform. The success of this campaign ultimately led to a change in the advertising strategy, ensuring that social media was a more prominent feature.
•Successfully managed the social media platforms for Gems B School (an MBA business school) who had been receiving complaints that their online data wasn’t informative enough. By taking over the management of all social media and subsequently re-writing all content was able to reduce complaints from 10 per day to under 3 per week. The accuracy of the online information improved communication and general public opinion as well as ultimately assisting with an intake increase of approximately 30%.
