Working as a day staff in PP area
Perform & maintain the calibration schedule of instruments without gap as per custodianship responsibility.LIMS & NWA chart.
Follow-up instrument performance .PM schedule with PA Team (Targeting break down record) complying audit checkpoint.
SPC data collection, followup, spc chart prepare, validation, monthly instrument spc record report, round robin sample and network lab sample analysis for assigned harmonized method.
Handle various plant related & customer complain sample & provide solution/report to PP CHEMIST.
SPC followup of online rheometer. Maintenance schedule, OLC time maintain,
Preparing waiver form and maintain record after approval from Product Owner.
Maintain and confirm availability of lab chemical and focusing the optimization of resources.
Review and update work instruction & test method in time as per audit requirement/update requirement.
Provide training to under develope local Emiratis as per mentorship program to make them competent with lab culture and requirement.
Over all responsibility of Polymer Lab as area in charge.(Result reporting, calibration & maintenance safety).
Preparation of Standard operating Procedure (SOP) for polypropylene,
Prepare & maintain the calibration schedule of polymer instruments.

Total operation of LIMS: - Sample Logging, Results entry, Approving the results & data generation in STARLIMS. for daily shift report, Log sheet, calibration schedule, follow-ups & SQC for critical parameters.
Exposure to SAP MM Module related to Purchase Requisition & Stock Maintain.
Total Inventory management & its implementation in STARLIMS.
Compliances IS 17025 in Lab
MASTER DEGREE CHEMISTRY
COMPLETED POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN PLASTICS PROCESSING AND TESTING WITH 95.5% AND RANKED 3RD IN THE FINAL EXAM OF CIPET IN 2006
