Warehouse Management :
•Review purchase order received from HO, ensuring timely execusion with minimum drop quantity.
•Execusion of Sales Order, preparing Picking List, Invoicing, Staging ad Despatch.
Losgistics :
•Managing Transports, co-ordination before despatch, and follow-up after despatch and ensuring timely delivery of stock.
•Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery should happens on time
Stock Inwards :
•Verifying Stock Inwards and immedeatly highlighting the descrepacies, pilferage, deviation, Short / Excess to the Management
•Preparing GRN for the stock received.
Inventory Management :
•Placement, Racking and Stacking of Stocks and entering the rack number in to the ERP sytem as per putaway sheets..
•Inventory Management : Stock count, Periodic Reconcilaiton, Providing Live Stock Reports and Critical Information to the Management.
Maintenance of Warehouse Records :
•Maintaing Inwards-ward Outwards Register, Gate Passes, Petty Cash Book.

Procurement of stock
•Procurement of Stock with coordinatin of Retailer management team after analysing sales forecast and last three months sales history.
•Raising PO to Haridwaar facility and follow ups for deliveries and ensuring inwards in warehouse as well as in the system.
Deliveries :
•Ensuring timely delivery of stock on receipts of purchase orders, reviewing fill rates, reporting descrepancies, preparing stock outwards, ensuring Invoicing after stock outwards.
•Follow ups taken of the deliveries
MIS Reports
•Preparing Fill Rate Reports, Time Reports, Pending Order Reports including Order Vs Despatch Ratio.
•Preparing report of PO Vs invoice Ratio
Retail operations & logistics
Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for managing all operational activity stores for 109F brand.
•Planning to supply the stocks to store as required on regular basis to maintain stock level.
•Generating and analysing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•competition analysis and reporting.
•Updating and rectifying the data pertaining to dispatches, stock on hand in the organizations ERP system.
•Co-ordination with warehousing staff and resolution of any conflicts/ disputes/ issues that arise.
•Visiting stores and meeting with clients for ensuring their smooth working/ functioning
