Carrying out detailed study of structural & architectural drawing which involve specifications and understanding scope of work from tender documents.
 Raise Queries(RFI) regarding the tender documents to the consultant.
 Reading drawings and taking off quantities using Planswift software.
 Floating enquiries for quotation and following up with the subcontractors to receive the best prices that comply with the project.
 Review the quotation and prepare a comparison sheet.
 Discuss with the higher management regarding the prices.
 Prepare analysis to arrive at the final cost of the project.
 Fill the Bill of Quantity and prepare offer letter for tender submission.
 Assist in attending meetings with consultant/client for post tender.
 Managing time to submit tender by deadline.
 Preparation of variation based on Engineer’s instructions.
 Document & track all relevant documentation.
 Drafting letters to the consultant/client for general inquiry or request for information, dispute, claim or contractual notification.
