to lead HSE Management System and prepare for ISO & OHSAS accreditation for Electricity Company S.A.O.C engages in the distribution and supply of electricity to the customers in South Batinah, Al Dakhliyah, and Al Sharqiyah regions- serving serves residential commercial, government industrial, agricultural/fisheries, and hotels/tourism customers.
•Developed a systematic approach to HSE management and implemented and monitored compliance with established policies and procedures.
•Devised a company-wide HSE guidance documentation, organized in house training at all levels to increase HSE awareness toward a zero-accident culture and ensured all employees are aware of the company’s HSE policy and services
•Performed safety inspections, coordinated Risk Assessments and reported incidents/accidents and identified need for changes and remedial measures.
•Maintained the highest safety to avoid time and cost expenditures by streamlining processes and organizing various safety campaigns and promoting high engagement with HSE software by all employees and contractors
•Inspected contractor’s HSE pre-qualifications, tracked HSE performance of company and contractors as well as provided inputs for fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery, environment and occupational diseases.

•Muscat Waste Water Scheme Project for client Haya Water under consultants Associated Consulting Engineering (ACE) for Infrastructure, micro-tunneling for sewage pipe network project for Al Khuwair and Al Boushara valued at $100M with a workforce of 500+ and achieved 1M man hours and 650 days with no lost time (LTI)

AECO (AKTOR & ENKA) DEVELOPMENT LLC
•Project: Blue City Project Phase 1 at Al Madina A’Zarqa, for client BCC1 under control of Associated Consulting Engineering (ACE), Muscat, Sultanate of Oman for $1.8Bn first phase of $20Bn project with 8000+ diverse multinational staff building 3 hotels, 8500 residential units and 27-hole golf course with all infrastructure and achieved 13M man hours 1546 days without lost time (LTI) and 8.4M man hours 960 days without oil spill

OPF Sakhalin II Onshore Processing Facility, Russia for Sakhalin Energy Investment Co (SEIC) - Shell with record of 7M man hours with no lost time (LTI) and 2M man hours without oil spill
