Led the digitization initiative within the Architecture Design department across Germany, driving BIM implementation, digital workflow standardization, and enterprise collaboration improvements.

I was the proposed lead on Ontario Line Bid (Toronto) while also supporting the cost estimation BIM task groups in the Strabag international initiative. I had to resign due to very long inter-city daily commute.

● Established and facilitated the IDD (Integrated Digital Delivery) department at Aecon. Led the BIM strategy, execution, and planning of large-scale projects across Aecons Civil East division.
● Provided project leadership and direction to the BIM team on designated projects in all areas of BIM methodology from initial/strategic consulting, training, change management, integration of workflows and tools to support project work.
● Design management from survey to as-built with appropriate coordinate systems.
● Leading the Mosaic Transit Group’s BIM Team on the Finch West LRT project to construct eighteen stops, plus an underground interchange station at Finch West LRT station, 11-kilometre track work, signals, communications, and other required infrastructure, as well as a maintenance and storage facility.
● Generating quantities and clash reports from the 3D models using Assemble Systems, validating, and managing design within BIM360, construction 4D animation to support project schedule and project visualization.
● Worked closely with construction and site teams to resolve coordination conflicts prior to installation.

● Led BIM Management and the implementation of BIM standards.
● Engaged in Digital Delivery Management while assisting the digital solutions team to roll out the latest technology for various projects.

● Led BIM coordination for major aviation and infrastructure projects including Jewel Changi Airport and JTC Aviation Hub.
