• Providing Case management assessment to children (Child labor, Separated, unaccompanied, GBV, early marriage and children who exposed to emotional, physical, and sexual abuse) through a full assessment.
• Field visit to the cases in their houses to do Risk assessment and to do initial assessments.
• Doing Case studies, case reports and BIAs for children on Primero system, also doing action plans, follow-ups, and referrals due to the case needs.
• Providing ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and overall evaluation of individual client needs and human rights. The overall goal of the position is to enhance the quality of client management and satisfaction, to promote continuity of care and cost effectiveness through the integration and functions of case management.
• Advocate for the rights, decisions, strengths, and needs of children and families and promote their access to resources, supports, and services, PSS and Family Counseling.
• Working closely with FPD (family protection department), UNHCR, UNICEF and other NGOs by referring the cases to receive the needed services through the referral pathways. Such as Medical, education and livelihood services …, etc.
• Experience with case management for at-risk individuals in an emergency response.
• Experience in dealing with local committees and partners NGOs, and CBOs.
• Conduct registration and initial assessment for all OOSC (Out of school children) and ensure receiving the education services from MOE.
• Act as a hotline operator for SCJ refugees response hotline, to maintain communication with beneficiaries, address queries, and record feedback and complains to be escalated to management.

• Responsible for all matters regarding the IBVs (Incentive based volunteers) inside the camp including the hiring procedures, contract renewals, experience letters, managing the IBVs data, answering inquiries and supporting in any received complaints.
• Provide supervision and management to a volunteers team in all various activities.
• Supervise and evaluate activities of program and the fieldwork.
• Ensure children Friendly Spaces are maintained to ensure a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for recreation activities.
• Prepare children Friendly Spaces/volunteers schedules.
• Ensure children Friendly Spaces policy and regulations are adhered to.
• Monitor the use of recreation equipment and materials.
• Assist with planning and developing psychosocial activities to ensure that activities and events are made available for all community members.
• Communicate with community members to determine their needs and interests.
• Ensure a variety of psychosocial/recreation and cultural activities are planned and implemented.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and identify areas where new activities are needed.
• Administer activities to ensure that programs are delivered within guidelines and budgets.
• Actively promote collaboration among colleagues and other organizations to enhance service delivery.
• Identify the training and capacity building needs of team members and communicate these needs to technical support staff and program managers.
