• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images and video) on Companies accounts (Twitter, facebook, instagram and Google +).
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Upload and maintain photo galleries, film strips, and special events on Company accounts (Twitter, facebook, instagram and Google +).
• Create and post content based on products, promotions, and outside sources to the Company accounts (Twitter, facebook, instagram and Google +).
• Monitor all Company accounts (Twitter, facebook, instagram and Google +) during the week and provide timely responses to customer and fan posts.
• Pin images from the Company websites and blog, design blogs, and other outside press to the accounts.
• Monitor the social media pages of competitors and design bloggers, and critically analyze their performance.
• Provide monthly social media performance reports using Facebook, Twitter Counter and other performance-monitoring tools.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.

Customer service involves much more than having a conversation on the phone. Responding to tickets over email, live chat, and social media are now equally important channels for customers. While there is much overlap in the customer service skills required to do a great job, each channel also benefits from a unique set of soft skills.
