• Help In facilitate all aspects of HR functions. • Assisting in the recruiting and selection process. • Ensuring that all HR data required for efficient processing of payroll is entered into the ERP system- Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise one. • Addressing employees matters and report to the Management. • Ensuring that effective and confidential records-keeping and data management system are implemented in relation to employees files, performance, training as well as attendance, Leaves and remuneration. • conduct a substantial amount of research, analysis, comparisons in relation to HR department issues.
