7.Project Management of the Deployment of a secure virtual network to store “Restricted” documents for BAE Systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This high priority, high profile project had 7 Engineers flown from the UK. The hardware for the entire project, including blade servers (5 nos) and thin clients (100 nos), Secure ID tokens etc were also procured and shipped from the UK. Daily conference calls were established with key stakeholders in the UK to address issues and mitigate risks to the project.

6.Project Managed and Delivered a 2MB WiMax Solution.
The project was to deliver a WiMax solution between the HQ and a satellite office based 45 Kms away. The objective was this link was to be a secondary link to the existing MPLS and to automatically start functioning in the event of the failure in the MPLS.
5.LANDesk Implementation: The products were to be deployed to satisify an audit recommendation. Responsible for coordinating with various team including the Project Sponsor, IT Security, Vendor, Technical Team etc.
Responsibilities involved: Requirements Gathering, Vendor Management, Communication Mgmnt, Quality Mgmt and Reporting.
4.Responsible for Business Analysis & Project Management for our Customer, BAE Systems.
Web based work flow system spanning 3 organisations to keep track of correspondence from origination to closure.Stakeholders were:

2.A web based work flow solution to manage RFQs on International Systems Engineering by BAE Systems.
1.SAP Router Decommissioning and Disposal Project. This project involved the migration of print services from an UNIX server to a WinTel server seamlessly and transparently without any disruption to the business in Saudi Arabia.
Was responsible for Business Analysis and Project Management of the following systems:
•HR management systems
•Appraisal system for BAE SYSTEMS employees in KSA
•Action tracking system for recording and reporting on Aircraft. This system is used by BAE SYSTEMS to report to the Royal Saudi Air Force.
•Change management and asset management systems.
•An Online portal hosting various tools to support employees in their development.
The major development projects include:
•A Capability management tool which records and reports on employee skills available and highlights any shortfall. The system is currently being used by users in the Quality and Operational Support functions in KSA and the UK.
•Payroll analysis system, used by BAE SYSTEMS for invoicing the Al Yamamah project in KSA.
•The KSA Core data system that collates and holds data of Employees and Dependants in the Kingdom. This database forms the backbone of the BAE Systems intranet in KSA.
•A travel system for managing travel of all expatriates and their Dependants in KSA. The implementation of the system helped the travel team in manpower reductions.
•A Visa and document tracking system used across BAE SYSTEMS in KSA

The main projects involved were:
•Developed the Outpatient management and Payroll Systems for -‘Hospital for Orthopaedics, Sports medicine Arthritis and Trauma (HOSMAT)’, Bangalore
•Developed a reporting module for Apollo Mallya Hospital, Bangalore
•Developed a Hospital management and Inventory control systems for PVS Memorial Hospital, Cochin.
•Comprehensive Hospital Management Software for Ernakulam Medical Centre, Cochin.
•Outpatient Management Module for Healing Touch Hospital, New Delhi.
•Developed the Blood Bank Management System and Inventory Control systems for Shree Satya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences. Andhra Pradesh.
•Developed an Export Invoice Processing Solution for Coffee Exporters.
