HR Policies & Procedures & Compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in accordance with applicable legislations and in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Onboarding: Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of talent management system/programs. Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems that drive employee development and accountability. Work with the management to set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews. Training & Development: identify, prioritize, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Promote a culture of continues learning and professional development. Payroll: Designing and Implementation of compensation structure, and benefit programs in alignment with the labor law and the business standard. Employee Skill / Organizational Development: Identify training/skills/competency needs within the organization. Coordinate career development, succession planning and talent management needs in partnership with line management. Employee Relations / Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and feedback mechanisms. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters fairly and consistently.
