As part of a 3-member core team worked closely with various regional internal stakeholders and HRMS system vendors in the requirement study, data collection, user acceptance testing and implementation of ‘Payroll Module’ of the new HRMS system and assisted with project plan & timeline formulation for the region, designing data templates & reports, conducted data integrity checks post data migration.

Conducting audits of HR activities and internal department SOP to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, systems and regulations as well as ensuring correctness of necessary documentation.

Maintain a strong focus on performance management, engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits.

Provide assistance to compensation & benefits team during salary review & bonus calculation process. Review the current practice against company policy through regular audits and highlight and correct any anomalies.

(Organizational Design & Development) tracks and reports turnover rates and reasons, review various HR process flows and helped streamline various processes.

(HR System Improvements) continually reviews the needs of data management and up-gradation. Identify gaps in HRIS payroll process and work with the systems manager to change and standardize the procedure on HRIS.
