• As a Team Lead am Aided in training new employees.
• Teach them the recruiting process, screening of candidates, motivate them recruiters, build self confidence in them before they come on the floor.
• Maintain positive relationships with key clients by providing timely, relevant updates.
• Responsible for creating and posting job orders in job portals
• Pre-Screen candidates before they are being submitted by recruiters and before they attend the interview with the client/Hiring manager.
• Prepared candidates for interviews by thoroughly reviewing job descriptions, company culture and ensuring all relevant information is communicated and confirmed.
• Responsible for following up with Client on submissions, and ensured to attend client
calls/Meetings
