Identify and provide (daily) Hygiene education on the selected topics for the beneficiaries in the shelters.
Identify and train volunteers from shelters hygiene promotion activities.
Implement awareness/promotion/sensitization campaign on hygiene related topics according to the needs of communities in shelters.
Participate in needs assessment/ monitoring and evaluation components of Hygiene Promotion in shelters and in communities if required.
Participate in NFI distribution, including data collection. recording and other distribution processes.
Maintain, submit and update all Hygiene education registers on daily basis. - Maintain, submit and update all Hygiene education reports to the Program Officer on daily/weekly basis.
Report to Program Officer/IMC.
(A) Visits designated local market places and industrial areas to promote and retail credit to micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses to promote business development by financing working capital and investment opportunities.
(B) Visits workplace and households to retail consumer and housing loans to low-income households to finance household assets and home improvement;
(C) Assists in initial screening of prospective borrowers, including visiting the business, completing the loan applications, analyzing the loan request and recommending disbursement;
(D) Through individual marketing and promotion channels, ensures financing new and repeated loans to increase the size of the portfolio;
(E) Monitors an adequate healthy caseload of active borrowers;
(F) Follows-up on payments of performing portfolio to ensure adequate repayment rate;
(G) Follows-up on payments of bad portfolio to reduce its volume;
(H) Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
