• Major contributor from the business in the implementation of the new HRMS system - inclusive of testing of Core HR and off boarding functions, providing inputs and areas of enhancements.

• Delivered “Performance management” (PM) trainings for Managerial and Professional level employees, focusing on the importance, timelines, KPI’s, feedback and the PM system.
• Analyzed and conducted “Performance Management” audit leading to an updated database and timely completion of the PM process.
• Successfully delivered a 12 session’s English language training course for Blue collared employees with full participation across all sessions.

• Reduced hiring time lines by 30%, understanding the JD from Managers, channel of recruitments, role discussion with candidates and position closure and onboarding.

• Analyzed and restructured the “Payroll” process through defined policies and process, leading to reduction in grievances and queries.
• Planned and designed the “Total Rewards” focusing on tangible and intangible benefits through data collection, audit and restructuring of data for appropriate communication.
• Recruited 75% positions within 2 weeks of manpower request through job portals and employee referrals.

• Analyzed, restructured the process and reduced the OHC (Occupational health card) fines for the organization by 90% through co-ordination with VP’s, managers of 3 schools and 6 nurseries.
• Responsible for payroll for 600 employees via WPS.
• Other responsibilities include KHDA and MOSA approval for teaching staff, recruitment of class room assistants, employee off boarding.

• Analyzed the prevailing wages of USA and developed a system to be utilized by the compensation and visa department for visa applications.
• Developed salary structures for overseas countries i.e. USA, GCC, Europe etc. for onsite and Business Development employees
• Developed internal payroll and communication applications with the IT team, leading to reduction in processing time by 50% and reduction in employee queries from 123 to 7.
