•Develop activities, resources and progress for the assigned project to be used as baseline schedule for client approval using Primavera P6 software.
•Develop planning and progress monitoring procedures.
•Conduct the schedule monthly progress update, forecast, critical path for the project
•Implement and maintain status reports. Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to project managers.
•Incorporate approved changes and deviation from project milestones, including productivity monitoring.
•Develop contract key dates, milestones align with overall project schedule.
•Participate in evaluating bid schedules to support contract award.
DUITES & REPONSIBILITIES:
•Create and maintain project schedules that support and align with project requirements.
•Develop the project schedules in conjunction with the project manager and project team.
•Reduce uncertainty, understand objectives and improve efficiency.
•Interact with project team to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan.
•Interact with and assist project managers to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
•Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas
•Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around
•Assist project team to develop status reports on weekly and monthly basis to keep Aramco management informed on project progress.
•Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
•Interface with client scheduler to discuss project progress, schedule and other matter.
Establish and maintain baseline schedule to control activities.
Provide detailed schedule analysis to support project management.
Updates and maintain construction schedule, progress and performance report.
Interface with client to provide schedule deliverables.
Provide monthly progress report and invoice.
Supervise the execution of the project until completion of scope of work.

Oversees the complete implementation of the construction of site development, building and housing projects. Conducts site inspections on all projects and see to it that sub-contractors conform to plans and specification.
