Marketing Manager (Graniti Building Materials LLC concurrent with Breakfast to Breakfast UAE)
Marketing Function
• Creates and executes advertising campaigns, publishing projects, business development initiatives, feasibility studies and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Management of Social media pages for both companies
• Coordinates with on-line marketing service providers
• Prepared and implemented viability studies for promotional programs
• Conceptualized Franchising Program
• Directed creative for published magazine advertisements
Administrative and HR Function
• Acts as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, General Manager and functions as HR Manager in recruiting job applicants
• Identifies resources needed, service providers and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Screened, interviewed and recommended sales and front desk applicants for mother company.
• Trained and oriented front desk staff for reception requirements
• Effectively applies company methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Procurement of office equipment used for operations.
