o Build, Motivated and Coached team for overall performance enhancement coupled with regular engagements and training
Highlights:
Instrumental in backfilling for my Director, in his absence (Oct’19 ~ July’20), managed the complete operations single handily without dropping the ball and was acknowledged and appreciated for my “out of the box” approach
Setup new location in Egypt (2020) - cost model, warehousing, inventory, training
