Lead & monitor the routine HR functions.
Managing engagement programmes and other employee relation work.
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Labour recruitment through external agencies (India, Nepal & Pakistan)
Handling disciplinary issues to develop a good work culture. Study employee grievances and
indiscipline acts and resolve any conflicts between line manager and supervisors.
Recruitment of workers, prepare manpower forecast in consultation with HOD’s.
Conduct exit interviews to enquire the reasons for separation to generate feedback & develop
retention techniques.

Establish employee satisfaction surveys to improve the HR deliverables and well-being of employees.
Ensure the HR frameworks, programs and policies fully comply with legal requirements and best

Prepare & monitor the HR departmental budget, to ensure all activities are adequately planned and

Approve the documents in ERP and ensure the records are updated and approved prior to monthly
closing.
Provide induction for new joiners and provide organization awareness.
Payroll administration & ERP management.
Preparation and verification of MIS reports for management review.
Develop & manage performance management system in line with company’s goals and objectives
to ensure all employee have clear performance objective.
Prepare Job description, monitor probation completion evaluation, and confirm employment
Recruitment of workers - Preparing manpower forecast in coordination with HOD.
Emigrate Process & Onboarding.
Coordinate with PR department for the timely renewal of employee’s visa renewals, etc.
Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirement and location.
HRMS
Grievances handling.
Follow-up with agencies for timely ticketing issuance and deployment of candidates.
Subordinates development - training & coaching juniors for updating their work on day-to-day basis.
Separation formalities - exit formalities, timely cancellation, F & F settlement, follows up of
repatriation ticket, etc.
Worker’s disciplinary action - absenteeism, issuing warning letters if required, follow up, fines /
penalty and counseling.
Examines and understands data and presents information to the seniors as and when required.
Maintenance of HRMS of employees in ERP system.
Coordination & follow up the works assigned by Sr. Manager / Sr. VP as & when required.
Camp Administration.
Updating and maintaining weekly, monthly MIS reports in excel sheet that goes to Top Management.
Taking the Head count of the organization.

Played major role in reducing workmen attrition by 5% in 2017 and another 2% in 2018.
Acted as a key member in Taqdeer 2016 Award team for Sobha and won the Award with 5 stars.
Displayed capabilities in setting the employer-employee conflicts amicably with minimum loss of
