I was working as an IT supervisor. I had to manage more than 9 servers including Domain, Exchange, AIX, Peachtree, Open Bravo etc cisco routers and switches. I was leading the technical support to more than 1300 customers all over Qatar. We had 12 branches all over qatar which are connected with vpn and all the had to give all the technical support to them and the head office which had more than 170 staffs.
