Preparing and maintaining the staffing of the Retail outlet

Maintaining vigilance at BMA (Baggage Makeup Area).
Maintaining and sending Baggage and Flight Departure report to Head Office and concerned Departments.
Training the newly joined staffs and leading a team during the flight operations.
