Site inspection for civil works which includes structural and finishing works.
Ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for construction drawing.
Final approved drawings from authorities.
Ensure that all the works meet the stipulated quality standards.
Issuing site instructions against violations at site.
Issuing NCR against defect works and their follow up.
Monitor the progress of work with respect to the master program.
Contractors submittals reviewing viz, sub-contractors pre qualification documents, material submittals, method statements, technical documents, drawings etc.
Rich knowledge in finishing standard and quality control.
Frequent safety inspection and issue site instruction against violations.
Monthly payment invoice review.
Analysis and recommendations of claims for extension of time and variation orders.
Checking and assuring that the construction is as per the final issued for construction drawings and project specifications.
Ensure quality of building materials and workmanship.
Ensure that all the works meet the stimulated quality standards.
Making productivity reports and analyzing.
Daily updating of coasting sheets for the project.
Monthly reconciliation of the materials.
Ensure that all the works are going without wastage of material.
Preparation of running account bills.
Co-ordination with sub-contractor for the smooth flow of work.
Arrangement of materials, labour etc.
Construction management.
