• Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network capacity meets existing and future requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network resource administration and appropriate use.

• Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions,
and intrusion detection systems.
• Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organizations executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent network activities.
• Manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for expanded functionality/user base.
• Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop
strategies for maintaining network infrastructure.
• Test server performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining server infrastructure.
• Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD.
• Direct and administrate a contingent of network analysts and technicians, and where necessary, conduct performance reviews and corrective action.
• Provide guidance to junior members of the team.
Arte Casa network consists of 5 remote sites with more than 80 users from the main office and 5 servers. The two Main Remote sites have each a File/Print server and an application Server.
The sites are connected to Main Office using Leased Lines of 40 Mbps each through Vigor2820 series
And Cisco Routers.
Mixed environment consisting of Wireless connections and E1, All Routers, PIX 515E firewalls and
Switches in Arte Casa environment are Cisco devices.
• Working at ARTE CASA Company since November 2008 up till now.
• Built a network for a company site. This site includes Cisco switch, faceplates, Cisco router and VPN connection.
• Solving network problems concerning cables, printers, connecting computers to the network and make users able to access their mails and share folders.
• Backup domain controller with local LAN in the Central office.
• Server’s maintenance such as installing hardware components and monitoring server’s performance and check the events logs for the servers and solve it.
• Installing, implementing Administering active directory such creating Domains, users, contacts, groups and maintain Active Directory such as moving, defragging, compacting it's database and taking backup for this database .

Bapetco network consists of 7 remote sites with more than 1800 users. The main office network consists of 15 plans, and 13 servers. The two Main Remote sites have each a File/Print server and an application Server. The sites are connected to Main Office using Leased Lines of 2Mbps each through Cisco Routers.

Switches in Bapetco environment are Cisco devices.
-Working at BADR EL DIN Petroleum Company (BAPETCO) since September 2000 up November 2008.
-Built a network for a company site. This site includes Cisco switch, faceplates, and Cisco router model 1750 and flexes rate modem that is connected with 128k line capacity.
-Solving network problems concerning cables, printers, connecting computers to the network and make users able to access their mails and share folders.
-Server’s maintenance such as installing hardware components and monitoring server’s performance and check the events logs for the servers and solve it.
