To greet and welcome customers with a smile, to assist them in all areas that they require service. to ensure their satisfaction by offering quality service, and to listen to complains, assist or resolve them appropriately to leave them with a smile.
-This was an entertainment center for kids and adults which included variety of entertaiment sectors games cinema rides, ice skating, hence my main duty was to ensure that customers are supplied with the relevant information they require .
- I also ensure that safety rules and regulations set by the company are followed.
- To ensure that excellent service is offered to the guests to their satisfaction as a way of exposing and selling of the services.
