- The liaising with all disciplines within the Onshore Project in order to perform timely and efficient planning, collecting the data and compiling general planning
- Verifying and checking the planning performed by other contractors, ensuring that it is aligned with the integrated planning of the Onshore Site Construction
- The tracking and proper reporting of plans: daily, weekly, monthly. Analysing and highlighting the problem areas and proposing solutions
- The update of all plans, up to Level 4
- Planning and assistance in all reporting activities performed within the Onshore Project Team
- Developing, executing and maintaining the reporting procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the corporate Agip KCO reporting
- Maintaining a reporting schedule for the site, ensuring that all data is submitted on time and in the required format
- Compiling reports based on the data collected for internal review and for further submission to management.
- Preparing reports for the incorporation into the consolidated Company regular reports
- Various ad-hoc reports

- The development/supervision of schedules for tenders, assist for Estimation Department in the preparation for tenders
- The development, the update and monitoring of schedules Level 1, 2, 3 & 4 using Primavera for EPCprojects.
- The critical path analysis carrying out for monitoring the project and delay claims.
- The preparation and the update of S-curves, histograms, Engineering and Procurement Document registers.
- Manpower and man-hours control, analysis, levelling
- Revisions of schedules in the case of acceleration of the contracts
- Attending the weekly/monthly meetings with our clients to discuss the project progress and various issues regarding actual progress, actions for timely completion of the projects etc.
- The preparation and submission of the Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports to our clients as scheduling, highlighting area of concerns and corrective actions to keep the planned finish dates and success of the projects.
- Invoicing and cash flow preparation
- The analysis of the performances of the projects with Earned Value analysis technique
- Supervision of other Planning Engineers in different projects and other Project Control staff
- Communication and interconnection with the other divisions (Civil, Mechanical etc.) for the development, the update and monitoring of the schedules for the projects with more divisions involved
- Preparation and analysis of the Division Monthly Progress Report for Top Management
