• Overall Responsible for QA/QC Activities and Handling of Customer complaints.
• Establish & Implementing the quality procedures, standards, and specifications for all Process /Product.
• Developing the process to improve the productivity, In-House rejection and reduce the customer complaints.
• Developing & Implementation of SOP for material Inspection (Inward& In-line) and Final Acceptance of Product.
• Making Design Change request for Product Development to Centralized Design team.
• Periodically audit the vendor and supplier evolution.
• Monitor product development processes to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Periodic visit to site for resolving the Issues (CAPA) & Improve the Product /Process.
• Review existing process and product specification to identify the need for improvement or upgrade.
• Scheduling & Conducting Internal Audit as per ISO 9001:2015.
• Preparing and presenting QA reports (MIS, Customer Feedback) to Management.
• Maintain proper records of quality test, procedures and standards as Per ISO.
• Handling Customer Complaints & taking CAPA.
• Handling Factory Acceptance Test for customer Approval.
• Co-ordination with service team for Product Installation &timely resolving the Customer Complaints.
• Scheduling and conducting Training Programs to Installation, Service & Assembly Team of Zeco.
• Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
• Setting customer service standards
• Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
• Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety in factory.
• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at ISO & HVAC.
• Working with Production staff to establish (SOP) procedures, standards, systems and procedures in Shop floor.
• writing management/technical reports and customers’ charters
• Determining training needs &Plan the training schedule.
• Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality about the Process and Products.
• directing objectives to maximize profitability
• Recording, analyzing and distributing quality statistical information.
• Monitoring performance of Product & Process.
• Reporting to MD in day by day progress of work.
• Maintain the Inspection of all inward materials based on specifications, design, drawings and Inspection Plan.
• Perform internal and external QA/QC Audit; ensure overall quality of products from entire Production Line.(Fabrication, Assembly, Final Inspection)
• Preparation of FAT method statement, Procedure, Work instruction for Final acceptance of Products AHU, FCU, ODU, IDU, VAV, DH etc.
• Continuously developing the QA/QC plans while identify and implementing the best practices fulfill the quality requirements.
• Derive vendor standards and rating their performance according to the Plan and own customer requirements.
• Maintain QMS documentation according to ISO 9001:2008 standard.
• Responsible for periodic calibration of all measuring and testing instruments.
• Responsible for reporting the non-conformity and rejection analysis.
• Resolving issues through robust problem-solving processes, such as 8D’s, CAPA 7QC tools & 5 Why’s.
• Identify and implement Continuous improvement process (Kaizen) for product that reduce product cost, improve quality and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for customer complaint analysis, root cause analysis and providing corrective and preventive actions for reduce the complaint.
• Auditor for health and safety (HSE) aspects in the organization.
• Performing the in-process &final inspection as per the route determined by quality plan, Design Specified Drawings.
• Control the assembly process for AHU and FCU’s production Assembly line.
• Resolving the assembly issues and makes the change with design by Proper ISO documents like ECN, ECR etc.
• Responsible and continuous support to overcome the customer complaints and improvement against the Field failures.
• Ensuring the overall quality of the product before sending to the Customer end as per our test standards and QA Final Inspection Plan.
• Submitting MIS for monthly observation and analysis process report to Head.
• Implementing & Follow up kaizen principle in production line and control the scrap generation & rejection in process line.
• Review and make disposition on non-conforming materials.
• Maintaining all Quality report as per the ISO 9001:2008 Standards.
• Conducting Final Acceptance Test for Final Products (AHU, FCU & RTPU).
• Train production technicians/operators on process changes including modifications on existing or new equipment.
• Installation and Site inspection of Air handling Units in Site.
• Serve as technical resource to production teams in quality related training, problem solving, process and product improvement, scrap reduction etc.
