Continuously monitor market development and review the sales and marketing strategies, to log opportunities to penetrate new market, meet and enhance the sales target. Plan, direct and control the after sales support staff to ensure that the product meets customers expectations (quality, quantity and timeliness). Develop, plan and implement media plans, advertising and promotion activities. Plan, organize and co-ordinate all corporate events, press conferences, road shows, exhibitions and product launch. Execute PR activities to promote marketing objectives in accordance with company’s strategies and directions. Building brand awareness and image through highly targeted marketing and customer relationship building activities as well as network expansion.

Organized and Re- Build up distribution channels & lead the sales team. Directly monitor & control SKU Wise sales operation, strategies, management, marketing & promotional activity for successfully generating sales volume.
