Instruction and induction of new project personnel .
• Advice and support management and supervisory personnel on
HSE issues .
• Undertaking random spot-checks on the project site to verify
compliance with the Project HSE plan.
• Instructing and assessing the relevant subcontractors to verify
their compliance to the applicable project HSE requirements.
• Reporting and investigation of Accidents, Damages,
Environmental Loss and Near Miss.
• Administrating and reviewing regularly the Project HSE plan, to
ensure that the HSE plan is kept up to date.
