Supervising on board Mechanical Jobs (engine/machinery overhauling) such as Main Engines from 100 to 30, 000+ BHP Wartzila, Man B@W, Sulzers, Mitsubishi, Yanmar, Pielstic, and other marine engines; Auxiliary Machineries Boilers, engine room and cargo handling valves and pipelines; Pumps for cargo, sanitary, cooling, general service, ballast, heating and its auxiliaries and components, alignments, basic knowledge of hydraulic system; Rigging jobs, some crane basic operations and maintenance; cargo gear/handling equipments, winches, windlass; and other mechanical jobs. Coordinating with technical dept of each handled vessel especially with Superintendents, Class surveyors, Owners representatives, Chief Engineers, Master and see to it that we do the job according to specification and the satisfaction of each customer on offshore and onshore/workshop jobs.
Docking and Afloat/Voyage repairs in DMC for Steel fabrications/pipings/ship conversions/mechanical installations, commissioning, operations.
Arab Shipbuilding And Repair Yard, Bahrain - Mechanical On Board Supervisor Supervising on board mechanical jobs such as: Main Engine overhauling, auxiliary engines and machineries Wartzila, Man B@W, Sulzer, Mitsubishi, Yanmar, Daihatsu, Pielstic, Detroit etc; Boilers, steam and gas turbines and auxiliaries; Pumps for cargo, sanitary, general service, ballast, bilges, heating, fire fighting, deep wells; Basic knowledge in hydraulics, cranes, actuators and other components, also alignments; Cargo and anchor handling equipments overhauling, maintenance and repairs; machineries of

Handled 2 units LCT ( Landing craft Transport) of 1200DWT in hauling/transporting heavy lift equipments/ materials/machineries of Power plant projects like a single piece gas and steam turbines, generators ranging from 50 to 500 tons such as the projects in Keilco Power plant, Sual Power plant, Mauban Quezon Power plant, and all the heavy lift equipments of San Roque Hydro-electric power plant in Pangasinan. Responsible in setting up maintenance standards and schedules in compliance to Company’s Safety management system and guidelines. Prepare/ review stowage plans, provide technical support, monitoring of performance criteria based on reports from the LCTs Prepare/ tender repair and drydocking schedule and budget, specifications to different shipyards like Keppel, Cargolift dockyard, Ultra shipyard, Mariveles Shipyard. Auditing of accomplishments, act as Owner’s representative/ Technical Superintendent. Ensure Vessel’s statutory and trading certification and licenses validity are up to date routinely. All inspections / surveys carried out and in order to the satisfaction of the attending surveyors of private and government/ port state control maritime agencies like Classification societies (NK, LR, ABS, GL, DNV, BV, PRS etc), Coast guard, port authorities, POEA, Immigration, National
Telecom, Weather Bureau, Professional Regulation Commission, Customs, Health and Environmental Agencies. Approve the quality and quantity of goods, services (repairs, drydocking, machining, fuels, lubs, etc) and after sales support. Experienced working with Australian, British, American expatriates, Japanese and Korean Nationals under the umbrella of Multinational Companies like Raytheon Overseas Development of USA, Mitsubishi Heavy Equipment of Japan, Kepco of Korea, TOYO construction of Japan, Napocor during construction of said Power plants in the Philippines.

Prepare/ tender/budget drydocking works to different shipyards and represent the company during repairs and yard repairs.especially on rudder, tail shaft and propeller jobs, sea valves, piping renewal, test and sea trials Embark periodically to assigned ships ensuring vessel’s seaworthiness and assess reports of ship’s officers and crews On 1993 Loadstar Management acquired Baseco Shipyard in Bataan and was assigned to handle Mechanical Dept. supervising pulling out of rudder, tailshaft, propeller, sea valves, pipe renewal, main engine and other machinery matters. Provide technical support to Owners of vessels being drydock.
