Specifically, investigating near misses, incidents, accidents to determine its causes and for the prevention of recurrence of similar HSE abnormalities. Likewise, take part in the discussion of injury, damage and loss control.
➢ Develop Safety Plan for critical and hazardous activities, outlining the potential hazards in each stage, and implement precautionary measures.
