• Manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring support

• Manage and run the strategic direction of Qatar Airways Corporate, Leisure and Trade sales and for defining the optimal way to increase sales.
• Deliver set revenue targets and implement the station sales strategy to maximize short and long term revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale and generate channel shift where appropriate.
- Selecting Travel Agencies, preparing contract negotiation and train them and support their sales
- Initiating, organising and caring out sales promotion activities based on continues monitoring and evaluation of customer portfolio by weekly planning of customer calls;
- Informing constantly customer portfolio about new product and product improvement;
- Increasing business with existing accounts by capitalising on and building strong relationships
- Planning incentive program, managing target fulfilment. Responsible for monitoring revenue growth and developing strategies to surpass allocated targets.
- Following up payments, organizing payment plans (when necessary)
- Developing commercial objectives and marketing plans
- Planning Marketing activities in accordance to Marketing Global Strategy
- Planning and realizing local brand and pricing campaigns
- Selecting local suppliers and activities timeline
- Managing ongoing communication ATL/BTL projects and activities and their impacts
- Monitoring of Marketing budget, seasonal distribution of the budget; ROE of each action.
