Key Result Areas:
• Supervising core HR Generalist profile including Talent Acquisition, Grievance Management, Performance Appraisal, Manpower Planning.
• Advertising vacancies through various social media such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri Gulf, & so on

• Organizing employment interviews and termination exit interviews and subsequently compiling and distributing acquired information

• Screening CV's, shortlisting based on the job descriptions submitted by department's managers.
• Dealing with all joining formalities like joining forms, biometric capture, sending introduction emails and introducing to key members of the company
• Handling business travel for managers, employees, and guests and booking travel tickets, hotel booking with the best available prices, with the best convenient trips in accordance with company policy.
• Process all types of visas including employment and residency visas, and track for extension, cancelation or transfer as applicable.
• Process and track issuance and cancelation of work permits, government health Insurance.
• Taking appointments for Medical test & Fingerprint registration and coordination with mandoops.
• Civil ID issuance and cancelation.
• Coordinate with HR to register/cancel Kuwaiti employees with the Social Security.
• Keep up to date with changes or amendments to prevailing laws/rules/regulations, changes in forms/formats, and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes.
• Coordination with Payroll for employees salary, leave, indeminity payments
• Supervision of Workers Camp.
• Keep a track record of the employees files and any update related to them (sick leaves- annual vacations - residency renewal ...etc.)

• Prepares all correspondence letters and internal memos according to the procedures of personnel division.
• Maintaining Employee files (includes leaves files, employee personnel files, passports etc.)
• Supervising core HR Generalist profile including Talent Acquisition, Grievance Management, Performance Appraisal, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, & MIS for the complete group
• Facilitating end-to-end recruitment life cycle right from sourcing the suitable candidates profile through Web Portals/ Referrals/ Consultancies/Collating CV from walk-in and shortlisting CVs for the relevant position based on JD
• Advertising vacancies through various social media such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri Gulf, Dubizzle UAE, & so on
• Preparing salary structure and offer letter of the selected candidates after approval from the Business Head
• Conducting meetings with Employees (Confirmation, Contract Renewal, Retention Discussions) and with Business Managers
• Managing documents needed for MOH License (Medical personnel), for visa/work permit application
• Administering company vehicles and managing vehicle renewal
• Working with the accounting division, exchange centre and bank in compliance with wage protection system
• Maintaining annual leave calendars and ensuring work turnovers are completed for smooth functioning of organizations
• Assessing & restructuring HR-related manuscripts such as Employee Handbook, Employment Contracts & so on in accordance with Kuwait Labour Law
• Dealing with all joining formalities like joining forms, biometric capture, sending introduction emails and introducing to key members of the company
• Contributing the selection process for high-level positions, such as executive-level appointments and participated in the selection committee for nationwide candidate searches and high-profile placements
• Organizing employment interviews and termination exit interviews and subsequently compiling and distributing acquired information
• Computing final settlement and submitting to accounts department; ensuring smooth exit of the employees from the company
• Sharing necessary insights for recruitment strategies for marketing and sales support control
• Preparing employee’s salary reimbursement related to personnel such as medical, ticket transport, accommodation hotel
• Defining and institutionalizing career progression assessment platforms, processes and policies which helped in attracting and retaining talent in-line with the business strategy
• Steering & supervising company workers accommodation & coordinating with camp boss
• Providing guidance on how to best drive employee engagement and productivity while limiting legal risk exposure through strong knowledge of employment law
