Main Job:
The role will be responsible for the identification, development and career planning of High Potential individuals within the Bank, working closely with senior management to develop succession-planning strategies and help achieve long term strategic manpower goals.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
1. Identify current high caliber staff with high criticality by conducting verification process for identification of talent.
2. Create career development programs and identify training need assessment for talented staff to progress faster.
3. Develop succession plans to retain and sustain the continuity of the Business.
4. Facilitates on boarding and induction programs in coordination with Learning and Development.
5. Discuss with talented staff their personal goals to align them with corporate goals using appropriate system.
6. Follow up on employee career development plans to assist them to keep track of career progression.
7. Support and involve in various resourcing projects, including the attraction of Kuwaiti Nationals, apprentice and graduate recruitment.
8. Assist the recruitment team in their screening process inside and out side the Bank by setting competencies mapping.
9. Management of internal job postings or vacancy list ensuring proactive redeployment practices across the bank.
10. Co-design and develop leadership management to business requirements.
11. Implement and oversee career management committee once in a quarterly basis.
12. Conduct exit interview and attrition analysis.
13. Perform a variety of tasks within the general scope of the job and others that may be assigned by the management.
