In charge of the Sales and marketing teams of Alumco on the group level,
expanding the know-how and advancement in the front of international approach
of the company to reach the other branches and enhance their capabilities,
sourcing of international suppliers, approaching international projects, and
participate in elevating the company to the international level of Façade
companies active in the region.
- Winning projects of value exceeding 1 Billion Riyals in the region, setting up
special technical estimation teams to be able to price and find solutions for
projects of extreme complicated nature.
- Providing Technical input and solutions to the projects from personal long years
of experience in the aluminum and glazing field.
- Major projects involved with:
o Winning the Mega project of Barwa Commercial Avenue - Qatar, the
longest commercial building in the world with Hochtief the company #1 in
the world, setting up special concepts for the installation of the façade
using Mast Climbers and setting up for a special factory to suit the specific
façade works.
o KAIA airport external cladding with SBG and Internal glazing works with
Areen UK
o King Abdullah Financial district (14 Towers) internal packages, designer
Gensler among others.
o KAFD Conference center internal works
o Sheikh Khalifa Hospital - Morocco
o 2 hospitals with Midmac - Qatar
o North Gate Mall - Habtoor Leighton
o Supreme Education Council - Astat - Qatar
o BEAC and Sipopo Hotel in Guinee Equatorial for Bouygues Construction
o Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi and assisting in the solution of the
details, involving many special materials like wooden Bronze doors
procured from Switzerland and Germany.

o Haramein Rail Way stations in Jeddah and Mekkah

o Providing technical assistance for EC- Harris / Mace at the festival city in

Started a challenged mission for Alumco in the State of Qatar with a handful of
technicians along with 2 fresh engineers, and participated in the growth of the
company to become a leader among the Aluminum façade companies in this
country, with a staff reaching at a certain time the benchmark of 2000 employees,
winning many awards and governmental recognitions on all fronts.
- Setup of a strong technical, quality, and safety team that helped qualify to win many
- Mega projects with international firms and consultants.
- Setup for the new factory, purchasing the new equipment and machinery to suit our
production needs.
- Involved in the setup of the equipment, and logistic requirements needed to execute
the Unitized curtain walls of Ettihad Towers #4 & 5 in Abu Dhabi (300 meter height
each)
- Major projects involved with:
o Diplomat Tower
o Amwal Tower
o Qatar Foundation Science and technology Parks
o Emiri terminal with Takenaka of Japan
o Executing projects with Zublin and Midmac
o Rayan and Refaa Towers with GHD architects
o Winning the largest(at that time) single contract in the history of Alumco, i.e.
Barwa City consisting of a mass production project with 50, 000 Windows,
where a strategy to build a factory on the project yard made the proposal of
Alumco tangible.
o Ettihad Towers 4 & 5 - Abu Dhabi, technical support and logistic advisory to
enhance the performance and output from the fabrication and installation
teams.
o Winning The Meena Plaza - Abu Dhabi from Zelan holding - Malaysia,
including 30, 000 Sqm of Unitized curtain walls.
Played a major role in setting up the Aluminum factoryand Aluminum department of the
companyto change it from a glass companyand become a major player of Aluminum
Façade companies locallyand in the region. Assisted in the purchase of all the equipment
needed, recruitment of the original staff and technicians.
- Set a new model for the presentation of the submittals at the tender stage, as well
as a new estimation model for the new company activity.

Responsible for the fabrication drawings of the SMC (Sheet molding compound
machines of length up to 30 meters) and changing all the drawings of fabrication
from manual at that time to be all through Autocad.
- Custom Design development for the machines from the basic concept, including
the steel framing, automated parts, motors, gearboxes, and the complex chain
layouts.
