over 32 years of service to the tea industry worldwide, export tea processing
machinery Australia, Bangladesh, Burundi, Cameroon, China, Ethiopia, Iran,
Indonesia, Kenya, Malawi, Malaysia, Mauritius, Madagascar, Nepal, Peru, Papua
New Guinea, Philippines, Rwanda, Singapore, Srilanka, South Africa, Thailand,
Tanzania, Uganda, Vietnam and Zimbabwe etc.

Areas:
• Overall In charge of Pre and Post shipment export
• Attending Buyers for Sales.
• Establishing healthy business relations with clients & external associates for
securing repeat business & long term customer loyalty and working towards
solving their queries and complaints efficiently.
• Enquiry handling.
• Preparation of offers (Proforma Invoice) against Export Enquiry
• Preparation Sales contract after received buyer order.
• Daily correspondence with the clients.
• Regular follow up with the Clients.
• To handle the Entire Export Sales.
• Prepare all necessary documents for physical exports - Invoice,
Packing List, SAFTA /AIFTA, Certificate of Origin, Draft BL.
• Do all the LC related work and make documents as per LC. (ucpc600)
• Negotiation with Shipping line, forwarder, Clearing Agent & Transporter.
• Entrusted with the responsibility to handled various activities pertaining to
Custom clearance with & Co ordination with CHA for quickly clearance the
cargo.
• Booking containers (30/50 x 20’/40' containers per month)
• After receiver Pickup book clearing agent, Transporter, also follow up them
• Appoint and Co-ordination with inspection agency to inspect the
consignment on time.
• Co-ordinate with Marine Insurance Companies.
• Follow up with freight forwarding agency to obtain B/L and with fumigation
/ pallet treatment agency for certificate. Ensure to make ready all necessary
documents for submission of Commercial Invoice, along with the papers to
buyer through Bank or directly, for claiming payment.
• After received BL & all the documents send bank for negotiation documents
/ collection of documents.
• Follow up with Clearing Agents for getting endorsed copy of Shipping Bill
for submission to Customs / Bank.
• On export, send copies of document to buyer by E-mail or Fax.
• Follow up payments with bank.
• Tracking Shipment & send to buyer
• Drive cost reduction measures by alternate sourcing, material substitution
and effective negotiations to maintain overall competitiveness &
Coordinating timely deliver the cargo.
• Payments follow up with bank and buyer.
• Maintained export register (shipment & per work order wise)
• Coordinate with factory for prompt dispatch of container
• Tracking the status of orders from Production department.
• Supporting Auditors for auditing of Export Data.
• Co-ordinate with Supplier & customers
• Preparing Bank Realization certificates.
• DEPB, FOCUS, Duty draw back.
• Co-ordination and follow up with custom officials for claiming the export
incentives.
• Export Planning.
• Planning Shipping schedule in accordance with production schedule.
• Preparation monthly dispatch plan, check list, FOB value.
• Update monthly dispatch statement, MIS statements.
• Responsible for directing and developing logistics management operation.
• Handling administration related to documentation and records pertaining
to custom clearance reports, monthly overseas, daily shipper wise reports &
work volume reports.
• Making arrangements of Buyer’s accommodation.
• Correspondence with Buyers, Suppliers, Bankers, Shipping Agents.
• To co-ordinate with Marketing, Production & Dispatch for the better
communication and develop the new customer, solve the quality issue and
query of the customer with the help from Technical Team. To help the sales
team to develop the market in international countries.
