I have been working as a scrum master and have also performed agile tester role.
As a Scrum Master:
• My focus was to serve the team members as well as the customer.
• Removing any impediments within the team.
• Responsible to solve issues which blocked the team’s progress.
• Made sure that scrum and other relevant methods are understood and enacted within the team.
• Also on the big run, I also used to make sure that the team has continuous improvement and each individual has a focus on mindset and behaviour while working within the scrum team.
Other than that, I have also worked as an Agile Tester:
• Performed Web based front end manual testing following Agile methodology.
• Performed Sanity Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, UI testing, Usability Testing, UAT on the front end application or website.
• Prepared test cases.
• Reported defects.
