Email Communication, Conducting CME Programmes /
Departmental seminars, Event Management,
Orientation Programmes, Maintaining paper
Documentations, etc. Interaction and keeping liaison
with International Insurance companies, International
Corporate offices, Overseas Embassies, FRRO and other
Government offices and maintaining data as “sole
responsibilities”. Preparation of daily, monthly and
quarterly reports. Supporting Business development
with Annual reports and analysis, Maintaining paper
Documentations.
Supporting HR department by maintaining
Departmental attendance/Rosters, Leavemanagement, daily reports, Vendor management etc.
Supporting HR, Checking Accounting report generating
referral and monitoring Business development of AIC,
HCF along with Outsource agencies jobs like calculation
of business provided monthly basis, referral generation
and monthly / quarterly reports etc.
To take care of International Patients approaching
Hospital, Patient counseling, In house Marketing,
provide VISA invitation letter.
