Controlling all the activities of machine shop and ensure the operations effectiveness with Safe, Quality and efficiency manner.
Analyzing the approved drawing, preparing the NC program
Organizing the production process with suitable tools, and reducing cycle time to achieve the maximum productivity. Follow KAIZEN development process and SPC throughout the development moments, updating 5S activities in the shop floor. Submit all the recorded documents which are related to new development to the management. Handled and experienced in Down hole Drilling Tools . Very familiar with API 6A, 5B, 7, 5CT and Premium connections
Providing technical support to manufacturing with responsibility to improve existing manufacturing processes, and supporting the introduction of new products and new process equipment.
Programming of various CNC machine tools to produce milled & turned castings into tight tolerances and creating process documentation.
Managing projects to drive process improvements, applying best practice in manufacturing techniques, driving to apply new edge technologies and supporting continuous improvement philosophies
Managing, supervising, coordinating and designating duties for shop personnel. Assesses and maintains optimum working practices to ensure maximum productivity. Ensuring materials and tooling availability
(forward planning) to maximize productivity. Ensures work is carried out and all operations are done in accordance with company HSE and QA guidelines. Offer technical and practical ideas to shop personnel. Proper decision making. Ensures set production targets are met. Reporting daily to production manager on productivity and production issues
Programming, Inspection, Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in production machining of automobile parts, Applying knowledge of machine shop procedures, machine tool setup and operating techniques, and production machining methods.
Sets up and operating machine, verifying conformance of finished work-piece to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools as necessary.
Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems.
Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control according to established guidelines and procedures.
