1. Working for a Health care client with the responsibility of managing a team of 5 members and designing, developing automation in artificial intelligence, Machine learning, Deep learning, Python scripting from scratch.

2. Automate and Improve response time of Clinical trial process by performing quality review of documents before being submitted to FDA. Lead to 11 FTE gain and reduction in Quality check of 40% document ~ 200k processed manually per year. Model deployment on AWS Sagemaker or EC2 Linux server and Python Script deployment on AWS lambda or EC2 Linux servers This project comprises of multiple subprojects which are being executed in phases.

o Metadata extraction from Documents using Named entity recognition model using spacy for text mining, Used Python packages, AWS Comprehend, and Custom lexicons is understanding extracted text.

o Image classification using Transfer learning model in python script- Using CNN architecture such as Inception V3 model, VCC16, Resnet 50 architecture for image classification.

o Developed watermark and handwritten signature detection model - Using OpenCV, CNN architectures and python packages.
o Currently working on Handwritten Text Recognition using TensorFlow from static/Dynamic templates.

2. Worked for Financial client on classification (cluster analysis) of certain section of customers which are profitable to the financial institution and develop a predictive model using concepts of algorithms (Random Forest, linear Regression) and to cluster them based on the business problem shared by the Client. This project is intended to provide business strategies for the marketing team of a financial institution.

3. Created requirement gathering document, Technical design document, Performed Exploratory Data Analysis, User Guide Document, Support Documents.

4. Meet Client on regular basis and conduct discovery sessions to identify business needs, current state processes, organizational structure, functional design, future and current state process flow

5. Designed and Developed python-based automation tool such as EMA Filtering, website monitoring and Clingsight data comparison hosted on AWS serverless architecture to overcome manual repetitive task with great efficiency.

1. Worked on EDA and development of CRM ticket case resolution prediction.

2. Used SQL to manipulate case data, join statements, subquery from CRM SQL database and Python script to show this data in dashboard. Accomplished data analysis, statistical analysis, generated reports and graphs.
