• Responsible to co-ordinate the Food and Beverage service in the Restaurant according to service standards.
• Responsible to assign duties and supervise the food & beverage assistants and verify the workstation are stocked well and orderly.
• Responsible to monitor and make sure the staffs follow food safety & sanitation and alcohol regulations.
• Responsible to take independent decisions on exceptional guest service, sales service and sales management of the restaurant.
• Responsible to monitor and ensure, food is served in acceptable standard.
• Responsible to take monthly inventory control audit, such as supplies received and consumed, stock in hand, budget forecasting on cutlery, crockery, table ware, china ware.
