 Attend pre-flight meetings to review flights details and emergency evacuation procedures, and discuss potential issues and solutions.  Check onboard emergency equipment and first aid kits to ensure proper functionality, assist with emergency situations during the flight.  Take inventory of food items, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.  Welcoming and Greeting each Costumer by name during boarding process, and providing personalized service.  Manage difficulties within the cabin, to ensure the comfort and safety of costumers during the entire length of the flight.  Support and assist other team members in their journeys of recovery as part of the Peer support team.  Use suggestive selling techniques to sell Inflight retails.
