• Responsible for sourcing and maintaining pool of candidates, monitoring database (Company’s & On-line Database) of candidates for current and future requirements In-house recruitment.
• Understanding the job description, identifying the requirements, and fulfilling them by Job boards/Database/Personal Networks
• Qualify candidates for appropriate positions through a process of sourcing, screening, interviewing and extensively maintained the data.

• Provided valuable consultation services on Managed Services for Information Technology, Banking and Financial Services clients across EMEA and APAC regions.
• Performed research in the market and engaged with the business leaders in their hiring decisions. Liaised between the client and candidate by negotiating and extending offers of employment.
• Extensively worked on sectors like Information Technology, Telecom, Cyber Security, Identity Management, ERP, Secure Communications, Infrastructure & System Integration, Microsoft, Java, Digital, Developers, Programmers, Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Service Delivery, IT Manager, and IT Admins.
• Carried out 1st stage technical telephone interviews and being involved in the full recruitment process from sourcing, offer, contracts, on-boarding and new hire inductions.
• Managed all applicants on Jira for Recruiting, Onboarding & Time Management.
• Identifying and attracting best profiles through the Job boards - Naukri Gulf, Monster Gulf, Employee Referrals and Social media outlets
• To present Weekly & Monthly hiring and mobilization reports (excel sheets) on the Total requirements, Positions closed, Vacant, Visa status, joining details, successful on-boarding of the new joiners' and Drop-outs details to the Recruitment Manager & HR Manager
